Clean Spool Management

JCI Services provide the full suite of integrated services which are involved in the creation, testing, delivery and installation of pipe spools in a clean, certified and undamaged condition to the customer system.

Our pipe fitters fabricate and prepare the spools for our welders to create. The welds are inspected and records kept before the spools are strength tested. The certified spools are blasted and painted then preserved and protected for delivery to their installation location on site.

JCI Services rigging and pipe fitting staff install, assemble and tighten the flanges on the spools ensuring there is no flange face damage at any time.
