Our lifting equipment inspection Engineers are FGN Factory Acts Approved inspectors, LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) qualified and competent to conduct a full-scale thorough examination of all types of lifting equipment. We also train professionals to carry out lifting equipment inspection.
With over 15 years of hands-on involvement in carrying out inspection services combined with classroom/academic training, our Inspection Engineers are able to accomplish any given task in a timely manner without compromising quality.
To supplement a thorough examination of any item of lifting equipment, we provide the most comprehensive NDT methods available as may be required. Our Inspection teams are multi-skilled and are certified SNT Level II according to SNT-TC-1A in different NDT methods such as MT, PT, VT, UT, RT, and ET. As a full member of LEEA, we follow strict codes of practice recommended by the association and in accordance with international standards and regional statutory requirements. Upon completion, a report of thorough Inspection is made available both in hard and electronic copies on the web-portal for ease of access to the client using a unique password.
Proof Load Testing
Proof load testing is deliberate overloading of an item of lifting equipment to ensure it can perform to the required safe working load for which it is designed to withstand in accordance with standards and manufacturer’s guidance, by giving it a full-strength test.
A proof load test is required on the installation of any lifting before the item is brought into service. We are able to carry out strength, physical properties, break, and prototype testing of our most lifting and none lifting equipment.
LOLER Inspection
LOLER Inspection regulations cover a wide range of lifting appliances and accessories such as cranes of all types, fork-lift trucks, chain hoist, mobile elevating work platforms, goods lift, shackles, eye bolts, slings, etc.
Our LEEA Qualified and FGN Factory Act, Approved Inspection Engineers will inspect and manage your LOLER Inspection Scheme, generate a comprehensive lifting gear register, and provide you with an inspection report both in hard and soft copies.
Wire Rope Management
