From the cleaning and removal of dirt and contamination to the application of special coatings, JCI Services provides a full range of fabric maintenance services.
This often leads to seeing the need for touch-up, removal, and application of new coatings with any cleaning involved as well. Where coating failure has led to pipework corrosion, we offer complete spool replacement including NDT, pressure testing, coating, rigging, installation, and tightening where required.
Although these are normally taken by customers as a packaged solution, JCI Services can support customer needs with any service in isolation where that is required.
Welding & Fabrication
Our Welding and fabrication capability has grown from the remediation of defects we find during our inspection operations. Weld repairs, spool and piping fabrication, and plating work can all be undertaken on a customer site or inside our own base fabrication shop.
With cutting, shaping, and beveling equipment suitable for thin and heavy wall pipe and plate, JCI Services is able to undertake a wide range of fabrication works.
Blasting & Painting
We can provide remedial and touch up work on existing facilities as well as complete coating of new equipment and facilities.
Working hand in hand with our coating inspectors, the JCI Services Blasting and Painting teams use a range of surface preparation techniques including sand, grit, water blasting and bristle brushing to provide the required surface finish in readiness for the new coating of any component or facility.
Using a range of application techniques, we are able to meet the requirements of any customer specification for subsea as well as topsides coatings.
Insulation & Cladding
We have become accustomed to the de-installation and installation of all types of insulation and cladding.
With much of our inspection work requiring the removal of vessel and pipe lagging, JCI Services have become accustomed to the de-installation and installation of all types of insulation and cladding for the Process and pipework, Oil & gas, and Chemical industry.
We insulate all types of high and low-temperature pipework, valves & flanges, vessels, plant & equipment, air conditioning systems, plant rooms, and boiler houses.

Scaffolding & Access Solutions
We also provide scaffold training for our customer personnel at our training centers as well as at the work site.
In situations where a scaffold construction can provide access for a larger work crew, is required for load-bearing purposes, or may be needed for longer duration activities, JCI Services can design, erect and inspect the scaffold structure.
Our scaffold teams are trained and certified to the latest industry standards.
Instrument Calibration
JCI Services can remove and replace instrumentation from the customers system and check its calibration against International Standards in our mobile or main base laboratories.

Calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, and load instruments can be performed within the JCI Services base while other calibrations can be handled on our customer’s behalf through third-party laboratories where required.
Clean Spool Management
We provide the full suite of integrated services which are involved in the creation, testing, delivery and installation of pipe spools in a clean, certified and undamaged condition to the customer system.
Our pipe fitters fabricate and prepare the spools for our welders to create. The welds are inspected and records kept before the spools are strength tested. The certified spools are blasted and painted then preserved and protected for delivery to their installation location on site.
JCI Services rigging and pipe fitting staff install, assemble and tighten the flanges on the spools ensuring there is no flange face damage at any time.
Heat Exchange/Boiler Tube Cleaning
At JCI Services we are good at boiler tube and pressure vessel cleaning. With our diesel-powered UHP machines, we are able to deliver thorough cleaning of your boilers at shortest downtime.
Our water jetting team are good at determining the pound per square inch (psi) that is suitable for tubes. Members of our water jetting team are NDT inspectors and Rope Access Technicians and have proficiency conduct various NDT on your boilers even at height.
